Terms of sale

These terms summarise the main conditions applying to any order placed on lhovi.com. They complement, and refer to, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Return and refund policy, the Shipping policy and the Privacy policy, which together govern the whole contractual relationship.

1. Seller

Sales are concluded with LHOVI, a French SAS with variable capital, registered with the Evry Trade and Companies Register under number 999 760 614, with its registered office at 51 rue de Robinson, 91100 Corbeil-Essonnes, France.

2. Products

LHOVI mainly sells second-hand pieces: bags, shoes, clothing, fashion accessories and watches. Every item is unique. The condition of each piece is precisely described and photographed on its product page.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs.

4. Ordering and payment

An order is confirmed once the General Terms and Conditions of Sale have been accepted and payment has been confirmed. Payment is made online only, using the methods offered at checkout (bank card, Apple Pay, Shop Pay). Transactions are secured by Shopify Payments.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 working days to mainland France and the European Union. Detailed terms, rates and times are set out in our Shipping policy.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, under the conditions set out in our Return and refund policy.

7. Guarantees

All items benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (one year on second-hand goods, Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and from the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).
